We produce piston rings with diameters ranging from 25 mm to 355 mm. They are available in compression, oil-control, and special modifications. In order to extend their durability, we apply galvanicaly chromium and poroused chromium layers, porous chromium or molybdenum layers sprayed into the groove or the rabbet. In order to improve the running-in and anti-corrosion properties, it is possible to use Phosphate, Ferox or Tin surface treatments. 

The double cam turning technology is used for production of piston rings with diameters from 25 to 135 mm.

The materials we use comply with the ČSN ISO 6621-3 standard. The primary types of materials are as follows:

- Grey cast iron
- Alloyed heat-treated grey cast iron
- Heat treated nodular cast iron
- Steel
