For the design and technical preparation of the moulds manufacture, the latest technologies are used, such as CAD/CAM systems CATIA and Pro/ENGINEER, supported by calculations by means of the finite elements method MSC.Marc and integrated environment for calculations, analysis and visualization of data MATLAB.

The manufacture of moulds is provided by own capacities on modern CNC machines and equipment, fitted with Heidenhain and Fanuc control systems and on conventional machines by means of machining and electroerosion machining technology. Moulds manufacturing shop is equipped with workplaces for heat treatment of metals, electroplating and engineering inspection.

All moulds manufactured go through the thorough inspection and through approval process by our major customers from automotive and aerospace industries, health service and consumer goods production.
