Rolls

Materiel:

• unalloyed cast iron
• alloyed cast iron
• chilled alloyed cast iron
• steel

Rolls are cast stationary. The hardness is measured with "SHORE" method from 68 to 72.

Working surface of rolls with cavity and bores under the surface is done smooth or particularly or fully longitudinally grooved according to request of customer. Heating (cooling) drums are produced smooth chrome-plated, grooved on periphery or with special pattern (coin-pattern).
